What Becoming is

Becoming is a self-care planning app that creates a personalized 90-day arc from information you choose to provide. The arc is organized as three 30-day chapters and offers checklists, reminders, progress tools, and photo-diary features intended to support everyday habits.

Not medical advice

Becoming does not provide medical, dermatological, mental-health, nutritional, or other professional advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Stop using any routine that causes discomfort and seek appropriate professional guidance. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Age and eligibility

Becoming is intended for people ages 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian should review these terms with you and provide any consent required by local law.

Subscriptions, free trials, and billing

Becoming Pro offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock the complete personalized 90-day arc, all six plan tracks, weekly photo check-ins, and the private diary while subscribed. U.S. pricing is $7.99 per week or $49.99 per year. Prices may vary by country or region, and the price displayed in Apple’s purchase sheet when you confirm controls.

Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial with the annual subscription. Apple’s purchase sheet will show whether you are eligible and when billing will begin. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the trial converts to the annual paid subscription shown at confirmation.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. A paid subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Apple handles billing disputes and refund requests under its policies.

License and Apple terms

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”), which is incorporated into these terms. The Apple EULA governs the license to use the app and includes additional terms concerning support, warranties, liability, and third-party beneficiaries. If these terms conflict with a mandatory provision of the Apple EULA, that provision of the Apple EULA controls.

Your content and device

You are responsible for content you add and for maintaining appropriate access controls and backups on your device. Becoming stores personal plan and photo content locally in the current release. We cannot recover local information after you delete it, delete the app, lose access to the device, or experience a device failure.

Acceptable use

You may use Becoming for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the app or its purchase systems, bypass subscription access controls, use the app to violate another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, or copy, resell, or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits.

Intellectual property

Becoming, including its software, visual design, text, and branding, is owned by COCOTOFY LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only the limited right to use the app under the Apple EULA; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Becoming. We aim to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free. TestFlight versions are prerelease software and may change or expire.

Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Becoming is provided “as is” and “as available.” COCOTOFY LLC disclaims warranties not expressly required by law and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. The Apple EULA contains additional warranty and liability terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you; nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use

You may stop using Becoming at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the app, its purchase systems, other people, or legal compliance. Terms that by their nature should continue after use ends will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app or law changes. We will post revisions here with a new effective date. Your continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.
